Any products or services purchased or utilised on MSi CRDi platform including payment gateway requests do not qualify for refund or cancellation. Any grievance in this respect can be raised to MSI on the particulars specified in 'Contact Us' section and MSi CRDi shall try to resolve the disputes expeditiously in consultation with it's third party vendors/partners. However User shall not be eligible for any monetary refund or cancellation to this effect.
If any user want refund their amount against using our app, we will refund it and stop their validity. We don't need any extra details and documents to refund their amount.
